Grief has Energy

…and you can use it for good.

There’s nothing like physical activity to get us through some of the toughest days. Finding a fitness buddy, registering for an event, or simply getting up and going for a walk can help tremendously. We Honor our Heroes when we care for ourselves, finding ways to use grief energy for good.

We hope you’ll consider joining us for one of these upcoming events!

Your HERO tag will remind you of why, and guaranteed your HERO will give you the how.

Check out our (resources) page for great information on where to start, or make contact at logaheromile@gmail.com.

Hope to see you out there soon!
